Saini Water Infra, home

Every hydrant has a borewell behind it.

Borewells, groundwater compliance and fire fighting systems for factories, campuses and government sites across Haryana and Delhi NCR.

Years and projects are the Saini Tubewell Boring Service (STBS) record, stbs.in. Saini Water Infra is a separate firm from the same family.

Water infrastructure, considered as one system

Saini Water Infra builds the whole water system on industrial and institutional sites: the borewell, the tank, the pumps, the fire system and the paperwork that proves it works.

It is a separate firm from the family behind Saini Tubewell Boring Service, which Rajesh Saini started in 1992. We carry that field experience into every borewell, tank and fire system we build.

Survey, then drilling

Every bore starts with a site survey and is sized to the site's daily demand.

What we build

Most sites buy the borewell, the tank, the pumps and the fire system from different vendors. We take responsibility for the whole chain.

Compliance

Built to pass the audit, and to keep passing it.

Fire certificates now rest on an independent agency's report, and groundwater rules ask for live readings. We design and document every system with both in mind.

FAQs

What buyers ask us first. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp or at the site survey.

Do you build borewells for factories and institutions?
Yes. Borewell construction is our primary service. We start with a site survey, then plan the bore around your daily demand, drill, case, develop and yield-test it, and hand over the records.
Why would one contractor handle both the borewell and the fire system?
A fire water tank is only as dependable as the source that fills it. When one team sizes the bore, the tank, the pumps and the ring main together, nothing falls between packages, and there is one file and one party to hold accountable.
Does an industrial borewell in Haryana need permission?
Industrial, infrastructure and mining users of groundwater in Haryana generally need permission or registration from HWRA, and small users may only need to register. Rules differ by block and by volume, so we confirm what applies to your site against the current notifications before work starts.
What are flow meters and telemetry for?
HWRA has asked for flow meters on borewells that send readings to its portal. We supply and install electromagnetic flow meters with telemetry, and fit piezometers with digital water level recorders where they are required.
Who certifies a fire system in Haryana?
Haryana's policy notified in December 2025 issues fire safety certificates online, on a certification report from an empanelled agency picked at random. That is why we build and document every system to pass an independent audit.
Which areas do you work in?
We work across Sonipat, Kundli & Rai, Panipat, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Gurugram, Delhi NCR.
Is Saini Water Infra the same company as Saini Tubewell Boring Service?
No. Saini Water Infra is a separate firm from the same family. Saini Tubewell Boring Service (STBS) has drilled borewells since 1992, and that record is shown on this site only where it is labelled as STBS work.
